By creating an ANGARIS account, starting a trial, purchasing a subscription or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use ANGARIS for an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.
1. The ANGARIS service
ANGARIS is an AI business operating system that may include customer communications, AI receptionist capabilities, CRM and customer history, appointments, automation, sales workflows, meetings, live translation, billing features and business intelligence, depending on the purchased plan and enabled features.
Features may evolve over time. ANGARIS may add, modify or discontinue non-material functionality while maintaining the overall purpose of the subscribed service.
2. Accounts and workspace administration
You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding credentials and all activity performed through your workspace by authorized users. Workspace owners and admins control user access and should promptly remove access that is no longer required.
3. Free trials, subscriptions and billing
Eligible subscriptions may begin with a 7-day free trial. A payment method may be required to start the trial. Unless canceled before the trial ends, the selected subscription may begin billing automatically according to the plan and billing cycle shown at checkout.
Prices, taxes, usage-based charges and optional minute or capacity packages are shown before purchase. You authorize ANGARIS and its payment processor to charge amounts due under your selected subscription. Except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise, fees already charged are non-refundable.
You may cancel a subscription before the next renewal to prevent future recurring charges. Access to paid features may continue through the end of the already-paid billing period unless otherwise stated.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use ANGARIS to violate law, infringe rights, send unlawful or abusive communications, misrepresent identity, bypass security controls, interfere with the service, distribute malware, attempt unauthorized access or use the platform in a way that creates unreasonable risk to ANGARIS or others.
You are responsible for obtaining any notices, permissions or consents required for calls, recordings, messages, email, automated communications, meeting capture, transcription, translation and the customer data you process through ANGARIS.
5. Customer data
You retain your rights in information you submit to ANGARIS. You grant ANGARIS the limited rights necessary to host, process, transmit and otherwise use that information to provide, secure and support the service.
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality and permitted use of customer data placed in your workspace. ANGARIS may use service providers to process data as described in the Privacy Policy.
6. AI-generated and automated output
ANGARIS may generate summaries, classifications, recommendations, responses, translations or other automated output. Such output can contain errors or omissions. You are responsible for reviewing material business, legal, financial, safety or customer-impacting decisions before relying on automated output where human review is appropriate.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep ANGARIS reliable and available, but uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. Maintenance, third-party dependencies, network conditions, customer configuration and events outside our reasonable control can affect availability.
Beta, preview or experimental features may change more frequently and may be provided with reduced support or different availability expectations.
8. Intellectual property
ANGARIS and its software, design, branding, documentation and service technology are owned by ANGARIS or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms grant only the limited right to use the service during an active trial or subscription.
9. Suspension and termination
You may stop using ANGARIS at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary for security, non-payment, material breach, unlawful use or risk to the service or other users. When practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
10. Disclaimers and limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ANGARIS is provided on an “as available” basis without warranties that cannot legally be excluded. ANGARIS is not responsible for losses caused by customer misuse, unauthorized account access, third-party systems outside our control or decisions made without appropriate review of automated output.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ANGARIS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary or consequential damages, loss of profits, loss of business opportunity or loss of data arising from use of the service.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect product, business or legal changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
