1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to ANGARIS websites, customer workspaces and the services delivered through ANGARIS, including customer communications, CRM and customer history, appointments, automation, meetings, translation, billing and business intelligence features.
2. Information we process
Depending on how ANGARIS is used, we may process:
- Account and business information such as name, email address, company details, role and workspace settings.
- Customer and operational data entered into or generated by a workspace, including contacts, conversations, messages, calls, appointments, notes, tasks, pipeline activity and business knowledge.
- Meeting and communication data necessary to provide transcription, summaries, translation or other requested communication features.
- Billing and subscription information. Payment card details may be handled by our payment processor rather than stored directly by ANGARIS.
- Technical and usage information such as device, browser, IP address, authentication events, feature usage and diagnostic information.
3. How we use information
We use information to provide and operate ANGARIS, authenticate users, maintain customer workspaces, deliver requested communications and automations, process subscriptions, protect the service, troubleshoot problems, improve product reliability and communicate about account or service matters.
Workspace owners are responsible for determining what customer information they place in ANGARIS and for having the permissions or legal basis required for their use of that information.
4. Service providers and subprocessors
ANGARIS may use infrastructure, communications, AI, payment and other service providers to operate the platform. These providers may process information only as needed to perform services for ANGARIS or as required by law. ANGARIS does not expose underlying provider branding as part of the customer product experience unless disclosure is required for legal, security or operational reasons.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect the rights or safety of ANGARIS, our customers or others, or in connection with a corporate transaction.
5. Data retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, meet contractual or legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security and enforce agreements. Retention periods may differ by data type and workspace configuration.
6. Security
ANGARIS uses technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse or alteration. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so customers should also protect credentials, use appropriate access controls and promptly report suspected account compromise.
7. Your choices and rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of personal information that ANGARIS controls, subject to applicable law and legitimate retention requirements. Workspace users should first contact their workspace owner when the information is controlled by that customer organization.
You may also close an account or stop using the service. Some information may remain in backups, audit records or records retained for legal, fraud-prevention or security purposes.
8. International processing
ANGARIS and its service providers may process information in countries other than the country where a user is located. Where required, appropriate safeguards are used for cross-border transfers.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as ANGARIS evolves or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes may also be communicated through the service or by email when appropriate.
