Tenant isolation
Every ANGARIS workspace runs inside its own tenant boundary. Customer records, conversations, calls, appointments, knowledge and commerce data are scoped to a single organization on every database access. Your customer data is never mixed with, readable by, or reused for another business on the platform.
Provider credentials, encrypted
When you connect a provider (for example a phone carrier such as Twilio), the credentials you authorize are stored encrypted with a versioned key — never as plain text, never in the browser, and never shared between workspaces. Disconnecting a connection revokes the platform's use of those credentials.
Access control
Workspace access is invite-based. Owner and admin roles control billing, integrations and team management, and every sensitive action is authenticated against the session and role. Shared inboxes and customer timelines show who did what, so actions stay accountable.
Consent-first communications
ANGARIS does not treat public information as permission to call. Autonomous AI calling requires verified explicit opt-in or a requested callback before it is enabled. SMS programs use ANGARIS-hosted opt-in forms where consent is actively selected — never pre-checked — with message-frequency disclosure, STOP opt-out and HELP support built in. Business messaging goes through carrier verification (A2P registration) before numbers are activated for texting.
Call recordings and transcripts stay inside your workspace and are shown only to your team.
Your data, on request
To export or delete workspace data, contact us from the workspace owner address and we will process the request against the workspace tenant boundary. Deletion requests are irreversible once confirmed.
Report a security concern
If you discover a vulnerability or see suspicious activity on your workspace, email us with "URGENT" in the subject and identify the affected workspace. We triage security reports before other mail.
